Catholic Charities Emergency Assistance Program
Catholic Charities will have a representative on-site at BACM every Tuesday, offering limited assistance with utilities and rent and providing one-on-one financial counseling during the appointments. 1-day bus passes and MyBudgetCoach case management will also be available on a case-by-case basis.
Rev. Edmond Fast PhD of the American Legion 566 and VFW 1066 will offer Veterans counseling and benefit help on Thursdays beginning at 1:3oPM. Stop in if assistance is needed or call for an appointment.
Food Backpack Program
BACM helps supplement the nutritional needs of the children enrolled at the Barberton Head Start by providing 2 breakfasts, 3 entrees, 2 snacks & 1 fruit twice a month during the school year (October-May). This program is funded by Compass Systems.
Choice Food Pantry
Residents of the 44203 zip code who qualify (based on income) can shop our pantry once per calendar month and receive a 3-day supply of food for each member of their household. Clients must show a photo ID and proof of residency at each visit.
Clear Captions Phone
Representative, Deborah McKee, will be available at 2PM on Tuesdays to assist hearing impaired clients in receiving a Clear Capti0ns phone with visual message answering service. Flier
Bags of Love
During the months of January & February the community donates bags of toiletries. The bags are given to Food Pantry clients beginning in March.

Nutrition Education Classes
Ohio State University will be offering their "Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program" at BACM on Thursdays beginning February 14. This course is designed to help families make healthier choices.
