We offer home deliver of groceries to seniors age 60+ and disabled individuals. Clients must call the office by 5PM on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday. Available twice per calendar month. Flier

Nutrition Education Classes
Ohio State University
offers their "Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program" at BACM. This course is designed to help families make healthier choices. Contact the office if you are interested in joining our next session. Currently, the date has not been set.
Staff can assist clients with applying for SNAP, HEAP, Medicaid, school lunch, living wills, and power of attorney.

Rev. Edmond Fast PhD of the American Legion 566 and VFW 1066 offers Veterans counseling and benefit help on Thursdays. Call for an appointment.
Clear Captions Phone
Representative, Deborah McKee, will be available on Tuesdays to assist hearing impaired clients in receiving a Clear Captions phone with visual message answering service. Call for appt. Flier
Pet Food Ministry
We have a generous, dedicated donor that funds our pet food pantry. Each month we purchase a large order of dog & cat food from Chewy.com. Bags are available to families visiting the BACM Food Pantry.
Food Backpack Program
BACM helps supplement the nutritional needs of the children enrolled at the Barberton Head Start by providing 2 breakfasts, 3 entrees, 2 snacks & 1 fruit twice a month during the school year (Oct-May).
Thank you to Compass Systems for funding this important program. Program on hold for 2020-2021 year.

Emergency Assistance Program
Catholic Charities may have a representative on Tuesdays, offering limited assistance with utilities and rent and providing one-on-one financial counseling during visit. Call for appointment.
Choice Food Pantry
Residents of the Barberton, Norton, Clinton & New Franklin who qualify (based on income) can shop our pantry once per calendar month and receive a 5-day supply of food for each member of their household. Clients must show a photo ID and proof of residency
