We could not provide the services that we do without the support that we receive from individuals, churches, civic organizations, and businesses. In 2010, we provided 123,806 meals to residents of Barberton and Norton. Your financial contribution will help to provide even more meals in 2010.

There are many ways you can help BACM help your neighbors

• Make a tax-deductible monetary donation to BACM

• Drop off non-perishable food items to BACM

• Volunteer to work in the food pantry

• Volunteer to help with food deliveries for seniors

•  Volunteer to help in the office

• Volunteer to pick up food donations.

• Volunteer to work during the fundraisers

•  Drop off plastic or brown paper grocery bags to BACM

•  Drop off your empty ink cartridges so that BACM can recycle them.

• Collect pop can tabs and/or empty printer ink cartridges and return to BACM

• Help deliver food to Head Start

Throughout the year BACM has fundraisers to help support our agency in assisting the families in the 44203 zip code. There is a lot of hard work that takes place for these fundraisers to happen. If you would like to volunteer to assist in the preparation of or during any of the fundraisers we would love to hear from you.

GENERAL OFFICE:

Answer phones, take messages, make copies, stuff envelopes, etc.
Minimum 4 hours weekly on a regular schedule (vacation time accommodated).

SPECIALIZED OFFICE:

Microsoft Office skills necessary: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Help prepare flyers, reports, keep records, mass mailings, etc. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Minimum 4 hours weekly.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED:

If you would like to volunteer to help with a fundraiser but you have trouble committing to weekly hours you may volunteer for a specific task.
