Event Volunteers Needed Want to get involved? Want to get to know us better? Looking for something your club, class or family can do? A good way to become acquainted and be helpful to others is to become an event volunteer. One-time-only for a few hours you or your group can help with such activities as: Collecting, sorting and storing donated groceries for our food pantry. Upcoming weekend dates March 15th, 29th, April 12th, April 26th May 10th. Check our event calendar or contact us for more information. Help with our Silent Auction: soliciting auction basket donations or preparing one yourself, assembling and wrapping donated gift baskets, preparing signs and displays, transporting items for auction, hostessing or greeting during the auction itself. Contact us after August 1st for more information. Setting up, cooking, serving, cleaning up at our Swiss Steak Dinner on October 18th. Contact Us after mid-September for more information.
