Barberton Area Community Ministries began in 1997 as a combined community ministry to assist low-income individuals in the Barberton and Norton area. Since then, BACM has grown to serve nearly 14,000 people a year, providing food assistance and referrals to other programs and services. Our funding comes from local churches, individual donors, foundation & government grants, fundraising events, local businesses and community groups. Additionally in 2018, we received donations of food, toiletry & basic necessities from

the community valued at over $99,000.
